So is it really that serious , that your brain , your thoughts have a mind of their own.Perpetuating any tiny ounce of immoral , unhealthy ,negative or even emotional thought into a bombardment of one thousand or more.Round and round we go like a carousel with no horses and the worst background music you have ever heard.So where have the horses gone in this moment that seems to last a lifetime or longer.Who let the reins go anyway ......... seemingly that choice has been taken away ...... Maybe that's just momentary and if you catch it quick enough you could stop it , but instead you hold on and despise the ride for all that its worth.Then in doing this you create a whole new line of thinking to fill your head for the next round.One being equally as frustrating as two and three well where does one start ....... thinking several different dialogues at the same time might sound interesting ......if its not in your head..........
